Effective October 5, 2026, until January 5, 2027
Rate of $45.77/ Hour
Reporting to the Executive Superintendent of School & Learning Services, the Temporary Administrative Assistant to School & Learning Services will provide confidential administrative support. The successful candidate will organize and administer a broad range of administrative activities to ensure the effective day-to-day operation of the office, including the Family of Schools portfolio, responding to incoming communications; coordinating and supporting completion of reports; providing updates on current and emerging issues relevant to the portfolio; maintaining schedules, budgets and calendaring system; assisting with Professional Development days, preparing correspondence, reports and agendas; coordinating meetings and taking minutes; communicating with a variety of contacts, both internal and external on a daily basis; and performing other administrative functions.
This position is available to cover an employee leave.
