Your role will involve delivering stimulating, demanding lessons that promote achievement and inspire a lasting love for learning. The curriculum is well-organised, rich in substance, and forward-thinking, empowering students to attain their utmost abilities. Your role
Your role will include but is not limited to:
- Cultivate an invigorating, demanding, well-structured, and motivational learning space.
- Establish transparent, quantifiable goals to advance children's educational journey.
- Maintain effective records of student progression, incorporating both formative and summative evaluations.
- Communicate with parents about their child's growth, achievements, and advancement.
- Handle conduct through positive encouragement and exemplifying appropriate behaviour.
- Engage in meetings as necessitated.
- Guide, manage, and interact efficiently with classroom support personnel.
Requirements
- Must possess QTS
- Knowledge in applying a range of teaching strategies to meet the differing needs of children.
- A valid in-date Enhanced DBS (preferably on the Update Service)
- Clear and robust behaviour management skills.
