Casual Caretakers (Competition #S2526-0391)

• Multiple relief caretaker positions
• Currently looking for Casual Caretakers in Bentley and Rimbey
• Duties to commence as soon as possible, pending successful application
• Possibility of obtaining a permanent caretaker position within the Division
• On site training will be provided 

Salary:

• Hourly salary range: $21.56 to 22.82/hr. based on experience, with opportunities for annual wage advancement.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work on short notice and accommodate flexible hours
• Capable of working alone with minimal supervision, especially in the evening
• Physically able of performing all required duties, including but not limited to; lifting, bending, climbing ladders, moving furniture, operating equipment, and snow shoveling
•  Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to perform tasks and remain flexible in the performance of duties.
• Previous history of excellent work habits and attendance records.
• Ability to understand and follow oral and written directions
• Ability to maintain respectful relationships with coworkers, school staff, students, and the public
• Previous school custodial experience  would be considered an asset.
