PASS – Temporary Junior Human Resource Information System Officer
The Waterloo Catholic District School Board serves over 38,000 learners and provides services to students in 50 schools (Kindergarten to Grade 12 and adult learners) across the Waterloo Region.

General Description of Duties:
The Junior HRIS Officer plays a key role in supporting the administration, maintenance, and optimization of the Board's Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and automated attendance/dispatch programs. This position ensures data integrity, provides reporting and analytics, and collaborates with internal teams and vendors to enhance system functionality. The role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Hours of Work: Temporary, full-time, 35 hours per week / 52 weeks per year
7:00 AM to 3:00 PM with flexibility to work as early as 6:00 AM on inclement weather days during winter months
Temporary C ontract T erm : As soon as possible to December 31, 2026
Location(s): Catholic Education Centre, 35 Weber Street West, Unit A, Kitchener, Ontario
On Site Work Requirements:
The successful incumbent is to be available to work on-site for a minimum of four (4) days per week. During peak operational periods, this position may be required to work on-site up to five (5) days per week to support organizational needs.
