Start date: January 2027

Prospero  Teaching  is working alongside a Secondary school in Auckland, which is looking for a Registered English Teacher. The position commences at the start of Term 1, January 2027 and will be a permanent role. The role will involve teaching from Grades 8-12.

The school offers an engaging learning environment and a supportive team, which enables an enjoyable working and learning environment.

They are looking for a personable, engaging and committed teacher who will immerse themselves in life at the school.

The school are happy to consider teachers of all experience levels.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's of Education, or Post-Graduate Diploma in Education
• Be eligible to work and teach in New Zealand
• Received or in the process of applying for a NZQA (New Zealand Qualification Authority)
• Received or in the process of registering for EC15 (Education Council)
• Be willing to process a new Certified Criminal Record Check
• Be able to offer two professional teaching references covering the last two years
