The Fort McMurray Roman Catholic Separate School Division is seeking a casual Alberta certificated teacher to work on the Professional Learning Fridays as per the FMCSD 2026-2027 school calendar. The teacher would be responsible for supervising and supporting students in grades 7-12 who require additional learning opportunities or are completing missed assignments or assessments as directed by the classroom teacher. This position is located at Holy Trinity Catholic High School.
What you bring:
• Must be eligible for Alberta Teacher Certification and hold a Bachelor of Education Degree.
• Strong relationship building skills. Works and communicates well with Educational Assistants.
• Flexible and adaptable; comfortable in all subject matter.
• Organized and able to meet deadlines in accordance with the school schedule.
• Commitment to education and excited to work with students each day.
The successful candidate will be required to provide a Criminal Reference Check and a Vulnerable Sector Check. FMCSD will contact past and present employers for references. All FMCSD employees are expected to be computer literate; this includes fluency with e-mail, Internet and MS Office.
