ABOUT THE COMMUNITY
Thicket Portage School is located in the community of Thicket Portage, Manitoba, approximately 75 kms south of Thompson by train. The school is a Nursery to Grade 10 school with 32 students.

WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor of Education Degree and valid Manitoba Teaching Certificate (or eligibility for)
- A sound knowledge of provincial curricula
- Previous teaching experience
- A sound knowledge and experience with school-based technology
- Strong classroom management skills
- Knowledge of Indigenous Way of Life (considered an asset)
- Experience working in a northern community (considered an asset)
