Regular Pre-Kindergarten Early Learning Educator - approx. 17 hrs/week

Horizon School Division is committed to engaging and empowering all learners and prioritizes strong instruction, response to intervention, and wellness.

Soon to be called Milk River Ridge School due to an amalgamation, we have a student population of 160 from Early Learning to Grade 12 with approximately 22 staff.

Hours of work include Mondays and Wednesdays 8:15 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. along with some additional hours used for planning

We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic program educator with experience in Early Childhood Education and a clear understanding of the importance of learning through play. Strong organizational skills and the ability to plan daily programming and direct staff are required.

Experience in a program leadership role and Early Childhood Education Certificate or Diploma is preferred. Hanen training for Early Childhood Educators, SIVA Training and Emergency or Standard First Aid is considered an asset.
