Student Transportation Planner
One (1) Permanent Full-Time Position
Exempt Level 4 (Salary $56,049 - $71,831 per annum)
Position Summary:
Student Transportation Services of York Region (STSYR) is the transportation consortium for the York Catholic District School Board (YCDSB), and the York Region District School Board (YRDSB). STSYR provides safe, effective and efficient transportation service to more than 56,000 students and over 300 schools covering more than 90,000 kilometers daily.
Under the direction of the Area Operations Supervisor, Student Transportation, the Student Transportation Planner provides professional and courteous customer service for a variety of internal and external customers. In addition, the Student Transportation Planner will be responsible for the planning and administration of safe, efficient and cost effective transportation routes for students within a designated area portfolio.
