Looking for an engaging, reliable and creative teacher to teach two students Grade 1/2 level in a private school setting in Milton. Full-time position 8:30-3:30pm Monday-Friday, September to June.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons to elementary school students
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Assess student progress and provide feedback
- Foster a love for learning and promote student growth and development
-Source developmentally appropriate resources
-Report on curriculum expectations through a variety of assessment methods
-Include variety of outdoor learning opportunities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- OCT certified
-Primary/Junior Certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
