Under the direction of the Principal or designate and in cooperation with the School Office Administrator, the successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the provision of administrative and secretarial support services within a school setting in order to ensure a positive and safe learning environment for all students, staff and members of the public. Duties include, but are not limited to: preparation and/or typing of correspondence, completion of reports and documents, maintenance of files and records, answering and / or directing enquiries as per board/school policy.
This position works 17.5 hours per week, mornings; schedule to be determined by the Principal.
