Qualifications:

- willingness to integrate appropriate technologies into your instructional practices in order to improve learning outcomes is essential
- have a keen interest in exploring alternate, innovative and collaborative methods of curriculum delivery
- knowledge of current IRP’s
- commitment to the BC Education Plan
- commitment to ongoing professional learning for the purpose of strengthening student learning
- commitment to making evidence-based, collaborative decisions about student learning in a professional learning community environment
- commitment to integrating First Nations culture and experience into learning activities
