**Temporary Position until June 2022**

Hourly Rate: $33.26 + 18.6% in lieu of benefits

Hours: 7 hours per day, 5 days per week

Position Details:

As part of the Urgent Intervention Process Team (UIP), this position serves the needs of elementary and secondary high and low incidence students within the District who exhibit a significant need for additional support and instruction in the areas of social-emotional learning, behaviour, mental health and/or learning difficulties.

Itinerant Assignment:
A School & Student Support worker is hired to work throughout the Vancouver School District and not for a particular school or a restricted set of duties.  Although in posted vacancies specific reference may be made to a school and to the duties associated with that assignment, Employee Services may transfer staff within the system in certain circumstances as deemed appropriate.
