Enrolment and Communications Manager
The Nelson Waldorf School is recruiting an Enrolment and Communications Manager to join the administration team. This position supports the development of a healthy school community through effectively and efficiently managing the enrolment and marketing realms, enhancing public relations, and developing community networking opportunities.
Responsibilities:

Manage enrolment process for new students in partnership with Business Director, Education Director, and Faculty

Develop and implement marketing and communication strategies for NWS in collaboration with the Marketing Committee

Serve as Chair of the Marketing and Enrolment Committees

Oversee and update school website and social media accounts

Maintain events calendar
-
Manage the Marketing budget

Public Relations communications related to school events and enrolment

Create promotional materials for events, both internal and public

Monthly newsletter and weekly schedule updates
-
Other administrative duties as determined by Business Director
Education/Skill Requirements:

Strong design and technical skills, including web design, social media management and marketing/branding

Excellent verbal and written communication - proficient and professional

Well-developed community development and networking skills

Collaborative team member familia with servant leadership and consensus decision-making
-
Post-secondary education in journalism, marketing/communications, or similar field
-
3+ years related experience
