OFFICE & CLERICAL STAFF - SUPPLY SECRETARIES

The Windsor-Essex Catholic District School Board invites applications to the role of Supply Secretary.  The Board maintains a pool of supply secretaries that will be required work on a on-call basis in our Elementary & Secondary Schools.  Candidates must be available to work Monday to Friday and be willing to travel throughout Windsor-Essex County.  

Preferences will be given to candidates with the following:

• Secondary School graduate or equivalent
• Successful completion of an Office Administration Program from a recognized Post-Secondary Institution and/or equivalent experience in office administration is preferred.
• 1-2 years of related experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Publisher)
• Experience with GSuite (Google Applications) would be an asset
• Experience with Accounting/Bookkeeping is an asset
• An understanding and commitment to confidentiality
• Communicates effectively using courtesy, tact and discretion with school, staff, students and parents
• Valid driver's licence required
