OFFICE & CLERICAL STAFF - SUPPLY SECRETARIES
The Windsor-Essex Catholic District School Board invites applications to the role of Supply Secretary. The Board maintains a pool of supply secretaries that will be required work on a on-call basis in our Elementary & Secondary Schools. Candidates must be available to work Monday to Friday and be willing to travel throughout Windsor-Essex County.
Preferences will be given to candidates with the following:
- Secondary School graduate or equivalent
- Successful completion of an Office Administration Program from a recognized Post-Secondary Institution and/or equivalent experience in office administration is preferred.
- 1-2 years of related experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Publisher)
- Experience with GSuite (Google Applications) would be an asset
- Experience with Accounting/Bookkeeping is an asset
- An understanding and commitment to confidentiality
- Communicates effectively using courtesy, tact and discretion with school, staff, students and parents
- Valid driver's licence required
