The successful candidate will:

If your graduation is pending please provide a letter from the Manitoba Education, Certification Branch indicating your availability to teach prior to receiving your certification.
A completed "Substitute Teacher Application Form", which is available at https://www.mbcatholicschools.ca/employment.html
Scan of your teacher certification
Scan of your Child Abuse Registry Check (must be dated within the last 3 years)
